PICKUP LOCATION HAS CHANGED.

Application is located online only.

 

Pick-up will be held on THURSDAY, January 22, 2026 between 2-3pm during the time slot you choose.

PICKUP WILL BE HELD: Mary Ann Wardlow Center for Community Nutrition, 508 Lakeland Rd, Blackwood NJ (Enter on Woodbury Turnersville Rd, Behind Camden County Senior Services Building) There is one way in and out.

**If you are unable to pick up on that date, please DO NOT register.

**If you are unable to adhere to your time slot, please DO NOT register.

WE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE VIA PHONE ON PICKUP DAY. WE WILL BE AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AND NOT IN THE OFFICE.
