Monthly Senior Nutrition Program​​

​We can walk you through the application but we will not be able to complete an application for you. We are a small staff of five. Please ask a family member or friend to assist you if possible. Reminder, we are the Center for Independent Living and we advocate for people to be as independent as possible.

OCTOBER 2026 Senior Nutrition -- One per Household

Application will be located online only on Monday November 2nd AFTER 10am

Pick-up will be held on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2026 between 1:30-3:30pm, during the time slot you choose.

PICKUP WILL BE HELD:

508 Lakeland Rd, Blackwood NJ (Enter on Lakeland)

**If you are unable to pick up on that date, please DO NOT register.
**If you are unable to adhere to your time slot, please DO NOT register.

WE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE VIA PHONE ON PICKUP DAY. WE WILL BE AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AND NOT IN THE OFFICE.
